To initiate an exchange return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the product delivery and provide a detailed description of your issue, accompanied by relevant photo or video evidence that supports your case. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a free of charge Reprint or Refund to the original address.

Some issues do NOT qualify for reprinting. Incorrect address or size after order is placed does NOT qualify. No exchange can be guaranteed.
